Every Rider Deserves a Chance to Grow

EquiPartner was built for the riders who love this sport and want more from it — more practice, more feedback, more opportunities to improve between the shows that matter most.

Where It Started

Like many riders, our founder grew up loving the energy of horse shows — the preparation, the partnership with the horse, the moment you enter the ring. But between competitions, something was missing.

Opportunities to measure progress were few and far between, And for riders balancing horses with work, family, and the rest of life, the path to improvement often felt unclear.

That gap — between passion and progress — is where EquiPartner began.

The Gap We Set Out to Close

Competing in traditional shows is one of the most rewarding parts of the equestrian world. But for many riders, access is limited by geography, cost, scheduling, and the challenge of receiving consistent, constructive feedback.

These aren’t small obstacles. They shape which riders get to grow and which ones quietly step back.

We believe the sport is better when more riders stay in the saddle — learning, competing, and building confidence at every level.

What We’re Building

EquiPartner combines modern technology with a deep respect for traditional horsemanship to give riders something that hasn’t existed before: a way to practice, receive structured feedback, and compete in virtual events designed to mirror the standards of the show ring.

Our platform offers scoring tools and virtual competitions that help riders understand how their performance is evaluated — so they can train with purpose and enter their next show better prepared.

We’re not here to replace the tradition. We’re here to expand the opportunity.

Jennifer Leavengood — Founder

Jennifer Leavengood is an accomplished Amateur competitor in Hunter Under Saddle, actively showing at AQHA, APHA, and NSBA events. Over the past decade, she has earned multiple World and Futurity titles — all while serving as CFO of a Florida-based family business.

Raised on a family farm with a boarding stable, Jennifer began competing through 4-H and never looked back. That foundation grew into a lifelong passion for showing and a firsthand understanding of what riders need to keep growing between competitions.

Since 2018, she has been actively involved with the NSBA Foundation through its Heroes on Horses and Equestrians With Disabilities programs, and currently serves on the Foundation Board — bringing both financial expertise and a genuine Non-Pro perspective.

A graduate of the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting, Jennifer co-founded Blume Mechanical — a commercial HVAC and plumbing company — in 2005 alongside Stephen G. Blume, and has served as its Chief Financial Officer since 2017. She also serves as President of the Blume Family Foundation.

Jennifer resides in Belleair Shore, Florida with her husband, Steve.

Our Mission

To make learning, improving, and competing in equestrian sport accessible to every rider — regardless of where they live, how often they can travel, or what stage of their journey they’re in.

We exist to give riders more chances to grow and to help the next generation enter the ring with confidence.

What We Believe

Horsemanship is built on partnership, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to learning. Technology should serve the traditions of the sport — not replace them. And when riders have better tools to develop their skills, the entire equestrian community becomes stronger.

Practice with Feedback. Show with Confidence.
